Furniture China’s organiser has signalled a full upgrade across this year’s edition, spanning across expanded design coverage to new supplier brands.
An array of three design halls – occupying halls E5, E6 and E7 – will present more design brands than ever from 129 participating businesses including Stellar Works, MC’s Dr Patrick Leung Design series, Hothing, Maxmarko, Lacasa, and other popular furniture brands.
As always, the exhibition’s international component is significant.Brands from 24 countries will exhibit across the fairground, and in six country-specific pavilions, from Italy (the Veneto region), France, Belgium, Turkey, South Korea and Malaysia. Meanwhile, joining an increasing number of exhibitors from the Middle East and South America are 14 new international brands including Germany’s Quadrato, Norway’s Nordic, and Dubai’s Decoart.
Indeed, exhibitors from over 60 countries will attend the machinery and components showcases, FMC and FMP – including Swedish Wood, which returns to FMP, and new brands such as Wayon Stone and Foresco Co.
Visitors will not want for trend inspiration, either. Eight colour-themed roomsets will be created which aim to immerse the audience in various emotions, with industry experts delivering presentations discussing colour theory, and its potential relationship with the Chinese furniture industry.
Meanwhile, the concurrent Maison Shanghai, taking place at SWEECC, will feature a strong roster of brands, including Meissen and DXRacer.
